Dowling's at The Carlyle features interpretations of timeless New York favorites and throwback dishes from another era. The elegant restaurant within The Carlyle hotel features several artworks on the walls which I have depicted through intricate ink detail. The monochromatic nature allows for the line work definition to be celebrated with a touch of whimsical pastel peach imbued into the work.
